The Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles( ICBMs)  are missiles that have a minimum 5500km range. They are used to deliver nuclear warheads. Many ICBMs can carry re-entry vehicles. 10. JL-2, China

It is a Chinese submarine ballistic missile that is carried by Jin-class submarines. It is the new version of DF-31. China used it firstly in 2015. Its range is almost 7400-8000 km and CEP is less than 100 km. It can carry a 250-1000 kg warhead. Jl-2 is also furnished by a navigation system. It can also carry 11-12 missiles.

9. M51, France

M51 is a French submarine-based ballistic missile. It has a range of almost 8000 km. M51 was firstly used in 2010 by the French navy. Its new version was formed in 2015 that can carry nuclear warheads. Missile's weight is almost 50 t and it can take re-entry vehicles. Solid fuel is used in M51 and it is the only ICBM that France has.

8. LGM-30 Minuteman III, USA

LGM-30 Minuteman is considered the longest-range missile with a range of 10000 km. Its first version was introduced in 1961, while the second and third were introduced in 1964 and 1968. It was formed for the Air force by Boeing. Due to solid fuel, it can travel at a speed of 15000 mph. Minuteman III was the first missile that can carry warheads.

7. RT-2UTTKh Topol-M, Russia 

RT-2UTTKh Topol-M is a Russian ballistic missile that can carry warheads of 550 t . Its range is 11000 on and it is an advanced variant of Topol ICBM. It was developed by the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology (MITT) and was powered by solid fuel. It can attack its target at the speed of 7320 m/s.  RT-2UTTKh Topol-M is the first ICBM that was formed after the Soviet union's abolishment.

6. DF-31AG mobile ICBM, China

DF-31AG is a china based ICBM that jas the range of 11200 km. Its first version was used in 2009 that can carry a single thermal warhead of 1000 kt. Its new version was displayed in July 2017 by PL A. It has 42 t weight and is powered by solid fuel. The new version can carry multiple warheads and it has improved china's defense capability.

5. UGM-133 Trident II, USA

It is a submarine-based ballistic missile that can cover a range of 11300 km. It is formed by both USA and UK. Its first version was launched in 1987 and was entered into the US navy in 1990. It also jas the capacity to take several warheads. Solid fuel is used in UGM-133 Trident II and it can move at 13000 mph. The third version of the UGM-133 Trident is predicted to be launched in 2042.

4. Hwasong-15, North Korea 

Hawasong-15 with a range of almost 13000 km is a new ICBM. It has been formed by North Korea. This missile can take nuclear warheads of utmost 1000 kg. It is furnished with liquid fuel and a removable launcher.

3. Dongfeng 5A (DF-5A), China 

DF-5A is china's long-range ICBM that can attack its target within the range of 13,000 km. Its first version was DF-5 which has a range of 12,000 km. DF-5A, rendered with liquid bi-propellant, can carry six re-entry vehicles. It is fired from a launch pad and directed by the computer towards its target.

2. R-36M (SS-18 Satan), Russia

R-36M, with a weight of 8.8 tons, is one of the massive ICBM in the world. It can hit the target within the 16000 km range. Different variants of R-36 M have been made. Its first variant was used in 1975 by Soviet Union forces. R-36M (Ss-18 Satan) is furnished by liquid fuel such as Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine that provides a speed of 7.9 km/s.

DF-41 is the longest ballistic missile in China. Its range is utmost 16000 km. In DF-41 solid fuel is used and it is based on a wheeled transporter erector launcher. It is regarded as one of the deadliest missiles in the world. DF-41, with 2500 kg load ability, can take multiple re-entry vehicles. It was entered into the Chinese military in 2017.  It is considered one of the world's deadliest missiles.
